PursuitBidFINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS

A practical planning rhythm

From source records to a reviewed outlook.

PursuitBid keeps the path visible: what came from a source, what management assumed, which calculations are ready, and what still needs attention.

01 / PREPARE

Confirm the business context

Set the entity currency, fiscal calendar and accounting basis. Confirm who can view and update organization information.

02 / CONNECT RECORDS

Import and review sources

Download a supported CSV/XLSX template or confirm accounting-connection availability. Inspect preview errors, mappings, scope and coverage before committing.

03 / BUILD THE PLAN

Maintain a budget and assumptions

Prepare a budget revision and explicit revenue, cost, staffing and cash inputs. Customer management adopts budgets and material assumptions.

04 / REVIEW OUTLOOK

Compare and publish

Run supported analysis, inspect blockers and measured differences, then review eligible published reports with their source versions.

When information is incomplete

The system shows the gap.

Coverage, source freshness and reconciliation do not collapse into one status. A calculation that needs missing or incompatible inputs can remain blocked.

Earlier editions remain identifiable

Financial revisions and published reports are immutable. Correcting an input creates a new revision and may invalidate dependent work; the prior result keeps its original context.

Who owns each decision?

The application organizes and validates supported calculations. The company remains responsible for its business choices.

Customer management

Owns budget adoption, material assumptions and intentions, business decisions and user access.

PursuitBid

Validates supported imports and calculations, preserves revisions and publishes outputs according to application rules.

External information

A source response is evidence of received data, not proof that a period is closed or a cash projection is complete.

Management review

A measured movement can be traced to its contribution. Interpretation and action remain with the customer.

Preparing for a demo

Start with structured records.

The demo can explain supported structured-file inputs and the review process. This public website does not connect to accounting systems or accept financial uploads. Confirm any live-provider availability separately before onboarding.

What is outside standard setup

Major historical cleanup, bespoke integrations and specialized accounting treatments require separate review. A product demonstration does not establish an agreed commercial scope.
