Product and demos

Who is PursuitBid for?

Business owners and finance teams who want connected budgets, forecasts, cash planning, scenarios and management reporting, using records that can be mapped and reviewed.

Can I create an account on this website?

No. This is a public product overview. There is no sign-in, account registration, billing or financial processing here. Request a demo to discuss the product and possible next steps.

How do I request a demo?

Visit the contact page and email the address shown there. A request starts a conversation; it does not book an appointment, start a subscription or activate an account.

What can a demo cover?

We can walk through budgets, workforce and expense planning, scenarios, capital, cash timing, linked statements, profitability and supported group-planning views. Agree the topics that matter for your business beforehand.

Does PursuitBid replace accounting or bookkeeping?

No. Your accounting system remains your accounting record. PursuitBid supports planning and reporting; it does not post accounting entries or move money.

Inputs and supported scope

Does it support linked financial statements?

The connected model supports monthly income statement, balance sheet and cash-flow forecasting from a mapped opening position and supported schedules. Missing material inputs or failed reconciliation prevent a complete-statement claim.

Can I explore multiple entities or currencies?

Supported management-planning workflows include exact entity versions, effective-dated ownership, reviewed FX rates and source-bound consolidation adjustments. Confirm that the supported treatments fit your needs; they are not statutory accounting certification.

What records does planning need?

Depending on the question, inputs can include actuals, budgets, balance snapshots, open receivables/payables, payroll/headcount and operating drivers. Read the readiness checklist. Do not send those files in an initial demo email.

Are accounting or payroll integrations live here?

No. This website has no data connections. Confirm live-provider availability and authorized onboarding separately; product implementation does not establish acceptance with your provider account.

What if required records are missing?

Missing information remains distinct from zero. Calculations show coverage and limitations, and may be blocked when necessary inputs are unavailable. Earlier saved versions retain their original context.

Plans, reports and control

What is the difference between a budget and a forecast?

The budget is the target management adopted. The forecast is the current expectation under recorded evidence and assumptions. One does not silently overwrite the other. Read the guide.

Who adopts a budget or scenario?

Customer management makes that decision. Calculating a scenario does not adopt it, hire anyone or authorize a payment.

Can reports be downloaded?

The product provides saved report editions and supported model exports. XLSX reports contain saved values, not a separate editable forecasting engine. This public site provides explanatory guides, not access to private reports.

Are the examples actual customer results?

No. Public previews are clearly labeled outlines with customer figures omitted. They do not represent customer activity, performance or promised outcomes.

Is ANNIE running the service autonomously?

No live ANNIE operation is offered through this website. External automation, if enabled separately, must stay within application permissions and cannot adopt management decisions.

Where can I ask about pricing or availability?

Use the contact page. A demo request creates no payment or subscription commitment; any service scope and terms are agreed separately.
